Forcite
We had the pleasure to work with a new Australian brand, Forcite Helmets to create 3D photoreal images of there new helmet system, the first of its kind in the world. The Forcite helmet has an inbuilt camera , audio and navigation system. 3D was a great way to showcase all the features of the new helmet.
Materials
I created many materials for this project including both glossy and matte carbon fiber, various plastics, metals, fabrics, leather and styrofoam padding. Reference images of the real product were used to make the materials as accurate as possible.
Lighting
A unique lighting setup was created for the various material types and different camera angles. These setups were then ussed in the final Forcite reveal film.
